Vintage Aiwa TPR 990 rare and much sought after collectors item! Top of the line when new. This 990 is the best of the "TPR" series ghettoblasters. These go for over £150! It is feature-packed and heavy. It has Dolby, metal tape compatibility, soft-touch controls, and a BTL amp that is so powerful it'll blow your socks off!! Cassette frequency response is 45Hz to 18KHz (+/- 3dB) when using metal tape. Tape belt needs replacing, which is common for all vintage cassette .
